Still — Picture Puzzles is a picture-puzzle game published by SVPC Enterprises.
Information we collect
Still — Picture Puzzles does not require an account or login.
The game does not intentionally collect personal information, use advertising trackers, or use analytics to track players.
Personal photos
Still — Picture Puzzles allows players to create puzzles using photos selected from their own device.
Personal photos selected for puzzles are used locally for the purpose of creating and playing the puzzle. They are not intentionally uploaded to or stored on servers operated by SVPC Enterprises.
SVPC Enterprises does not receive or have access to those photos through this feature.
Game progress and preferences
Game progress, completed puzzles, favourites, difficulty settings and other game preferences may be stored locally on the player's device.
This information is used to provide game functionality and is not intentionally transmitted to SVPC Enterprises.
Support and problem reports
Still — Picture Puzzles includes a voluntary Report a Problem feature.
If a player chooses to use this feature, their email application opens a draft addressed to SVPC Enterprises support. The player controls the contents of the email and whether it is sent.
The draft may include limited technical information useful for identifying a problem, such as the game version, platform, difficulty or puzzle configuration.
The feature does not automatically attach or transmit personal photos.
Information voluntarily provided in a support email will be used to respond to the enquiry, investigate problems and provide support.
Advertising and purchases
The current version of Still — Picture Puzzles does not contain advertising, in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Third-party services
The game may rely on services provided by the device operating system or application store for functions such as installation and distribution. Those services are governed by the privacy policies of their respective providers.
Children's privacy
Still — Picture Puzzles does not intentionally collect personal information from children through the game.
If a child voluntarily contacts support by email, a parent or guardian may contact us to request assistance regarding that communication.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Still — Picture Puzzles changes, including if future versions introduce features or services that affect how information is handled.
